While the almost-constant shifting is proving to be somewhat confusing for the fanbase, as it turns out, it might actually be puzzling Xbox employees as well.At least, that's according to well-known leaker eXtas1s, who put out a new YouTube video over the weekend discussing these strategy shifts and how they're going down over at Microsoft HQ.
