Skate will finally enter Early Access in early 2025 and will begin console playtesting in Fall 2024, EA and Full Circle have announced today It’s been a long time coming for Skate fans, as the game has been in playtests for over a year now. Sadly, there’s no details on what platform(s) the early access period will cover, but Skate was previously confirmed for PC and current-generation consoles. As mentioned above, console playtesting will begin in Fall 2024, and while a date hasn’t been announced, we shouldn’t have long to wait considering it’s already mid-September. Over the last two years, the team has welcomed tens of thousands of individual playtesters into the city of San Vansterdam via the PC version, with console playtesting set to come in the Fall of 2024.
