Missed out on your chance to grab a 30th Anniversary Edition PlayStation 5 or DualSense controller? Your next chance appears to be tomorrow, to snag one for yourself. Spotted by Wario64 on Twitter, the PlayStation Direct website is telling those hopeful for a PS One grey-looking console and controller to “Please check back on October 29th” if they’re looking to purchase one. Speaking from previous re-stocks, Wario64 also adds that if you want to be on the ball for a console, controller – or both – you’ll probably need to have your mouse-clicking finger and credit card ready by 7am PT. As part of the lead up to December 3, 2024, which will be the actual 30th anniversary of the PlayStation platform, Sony released PS One styled PS5 consoles, PS Portal and DualSense controller. Out of each of these products, the only one that seemed to be properly limited was the PS5 Pro edition, which carried a number from 1 to 12,300. So for the rest of the lineup, its likely that there will be more chances even after tomorrow for players to get their hands on whichever product they may want to add to their collection.
