A Shiny unit is a rare variation of a unit that comes with a different appearance (not necessarily any shinier than the default, mind you). Some Shiny units may also give you certain character cosmetics you can use to look especially fancy. There’s not a lot of gameplay advantage to having one, but it’s a fun way to set your team apart. That and you can show off a little. How Do You Get A Shiny? You have a small chance to roll a Shiny variant of any unit you get, about 1.5% chance per summon, a chance that’s separate from the unit roll.
Important: You need to be at least Level 10 to roll Shiny units, so if you haven’t seen one and you’ve rolled a lot, this is the most likely reason. What Units Have Shiny Variations? Below we’ve listed all the units we’ve confirmed to have a Shiny form so far, though this is subject to change as more updates roll in.
