How To Get A Truffle Worm Unlike many of the more commonly-occurring bait types, we’ve not been able to get hold of Truffle Worms in Bait Crates. There are two known ways to get them.

• Coral Geodes Coral Geodes show up in the Desolate Deep. You can fish them out of the water in the deep, or pick them up from the merchant in the Desolate Pocket.

• You can fish Volcanic Geodes out of the lava in the Roslit Volcano, or sometimes bought from the Travelling Merchant, though they are not always part of his rotating stock.

You can’t be sure what rewards you get from a geode, so you might have to crack open multiple ones to get the bait. It’s probably best to settle in for a full session of fishing them out.
